1 on 1 and Semi Private Training

All 1 on 1 training, includes in person sessions as well as all programming for workouts that should be completed on days when your athlete is not with our Strength and Conditioning coaches. This programming is to be done by your athlete on their own; they will get complete programming for the life of their training, to ensure every time they are in the gym they are working properly towards their Strength and Conditioning goals. Private and also Semi Private Training, is full individualized workouts for your athlete. They will start a full Assessment so the coach knows how to build the workout programming properly for each specific athlete's strengths and weaknesses.

Individualized 1 on 1 Training - Including 1 Assessment to create individualized programming

 

12 Week Agreement (12 sessions)
1/ week $90/session = $180 bi weekly payments  

12 Week Agreement (24 sessions)
2/ week $85/session = $340 bi weekly payments 

12 Week Agreement (36 sessions)
3/ week $80/session = $480 bi weekly payments  

12 Week Agreement (48 sessions)
4/ week $80/session = $640 bi weekly payments

Semi Private

Semi Private Training - Including 1 Assessment to create individualized programming

 

12 Week Agreement (12 sessions)
1/week $70/session = $140 bi weekly payments
12 Week Agreement (24 sessions)
2/week $70/session = $280 bi weekly payments
12 Week Agreement (36 sessions)
3/week $65/session = $390 bi weekly payments
12 Week Agreement (48 sessions)
4/week $65/session = $520 bi weekly payments

Team Training

Team training sessions, are group workouts that are not individualized for each athlete's specific needs. They are sport specific group workouts. If an athlete has a specific injury, the workout can be modified for that individual; but the workout itself is a group workout that is sport based, not individual athlete based.

One Hour of Dry-land:

Under 10 kids = $200

10 - 22 Kids    = $300
