Strength and Conditioning Packages

We provide a number of options to ensure that your athlete gets the attention and results that they require. We have 1 on 1, Semi-Private and Team Training.

 

1 on 1 training is private training with a coach, in a private 1 on 1 session.  Your athlete will start by doing an Athletic Movement Assessment to find their strengths and weaknesses.  Those results are used to create a fully individualized program and plan for their success. 

 

Semi-Private training also starts with an Athletic Movement Assessment to find their strengths and weaknesses.  For each workout your athlete will have a fully individualized program and plan, their trainer just may have another athlete in at the same time.  Each athlete is working with the trainer on an individualized program, just in the gym at the same time.  Semi Private IS NOT group training, as all workouts are individualized and based on their assessment results.

 

Team Training is also available for any teams.  These workouts are based on the teams strengths, weaknesses and sport, but each workout is not individualized, it is based on the needs of the group as a whole.

12 Week Agreements

1 x week (12 sessions)  $90/session

2 x week (24 sessions)  $85/session

3 x week (36 sessions)  $80/session


4 x week (48 sessions)  $80/session

Team Training

Athletic work outs. Not individualized to each athlete

For 8 or less Sessions

Under 10 Kids = $175

10-22 kids = $225

For over +8 Sessions

Under 10 kids = $150

10-22 kids = $200

*Includes 1 Assessment to create individualized programming

In-Season Package

As an Athlete you want to stay on top physically and mentally. Stay on top of your game and ahead of the competition‼️ In-season programs are "a-la carte" but you have the options of:

  • Individualized strength & conditioning program

  • Concussion baseline testing

  • Mental performance assessments

  • Team rehab and recovery

  • And more
