Hockey Spring Strength & Conditioning Camp

A camp targeted at Jump-Starting players back into the growth and progression that is needed during the Off-Season. The programming in this camp is targeted towards workouts for players just coming off a season.

 

8 week camp, 1 day a week 7 - 8:30pm
Tuesday Camp Starts: April 23 OR
Thursday Camp Starts: April 25
Cost: $540 (Register for both camps for $810)
              (Save 50% off second camp)

This is a camp that hockey players coming off a long season cannot afford to miss. After working to maintain size, speed and quickness throughout the winter season. Spring is when players need to start working to improve strength, speed, endurance, and agility. Each session will progress to ensure that athlete’s performance grows throughout the entire 8 weeks.
