Team Training - Lacrosse
Team training sessions, are group workouts that are not individualized for each athlete's specific needs. They are sport specific group workouts. If an athlete has a specific injury, the workout can be modified for that individual; but the workout itself is a group workout that is sport based, not individual athlete based.
